You may return most new items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Items that are not considered to make an item defective:

  • Variations in the clear coat or polished metal.
  • Detached or loose parts. These are easily reattached with a very small amount of water-based glue. Missing parts will be mailed to you
  •  Surface imperfections that are not visible when the model is displayed on its wheels or a stand.
  • Any issue that is not noticable under normal lighting and viewing conditions without a magnifying glass or spot lighting conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, light surface scratches that do not go through the paint. Scratches over printed areas would be returnable.

We will not be able to make any exchanges or refunds after 21 days, so please inspect your order carefully immediately upon receipt .
Please e-mail us to make arrangements for the return prior to shipment and include a detailed description of the issue.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

An item I ordered arrived damaged. What do I do?

We welcome your return within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund if you are not satisfied.

Where possible we will exchange the damaged Item with a replacement model. Should one not be available, you will offer an exchange or a refund.

S/H will be covered by in most instances. Contact us via e-mail for Return Authorization, prior to shipping back to us.

I want to return some undamaged products. What do I do?

We welcome your return within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or refund if you are not satisfied.

You will be responsible for the S/H to return the product and if you wish an exchange for the addition S/H for the new shipment.
